Navarro Regional Hospital Names Chief Executive Officer

CORSICANA, Texas – Navarro Regional Hospital announces that John Manolakis has accepted the position of chief executive officer at Navarro Regional Hospital. Manolakis has been a member of the hospital leadership team since 2021, serving as assistant chief executive officer, and as interim chief executive officer since May this year. During his tenure, Manolakis has overseen work to strengthen operations, recruit new specialists to the community and expand primary care access by opening a new clinic in Streetman.

Before joining Corsicana, Manolakis served for three years as vice president of operations at a hospital in Metairie, Louisiana, where he recruited 45 physicians and providers and supported implementation of advanced cardiovascular procedures to enhance local access to services. He has also served in leadership positions at hospitals in New Orleans, Louisiana and Birmingham, Alabama.

Manolakis earned his master’s degree in healthcare administration from Tulane University in New Orleans and his master’s degree in business administration and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
